How to Raise a Complaint With Comeimproving Restoration

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Comeimproving Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience phoning or contacting Comeimproving Restoration
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Comeimproving Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@comeimproving.world and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
